With a few teams looking likely to drop out of the AP top 25 and App State winning a blowout I thought we might have a shot at three Sun Belt teams this week. AP poll just dropped with App State still on the outside looking in. Wisconsin, NC State, and Pitt got in instead. Louisiana stays put at 24, Coastal dropped one spot to 22.

App is pretty far down among the teams receiving votes, with the past couple weeks it's kinda looking like they might just keep getting jumped by P5's that win at this point.

Just like Cincinnati.

Wife and I will be at Bill and Gary next weekend.

This might be the last time we play at William and Mary, so it would be nice to have a good crowd attending. They’ve been a good conference companion with us for a long time.

Of course easy for me to say, I’m too far away to attend games anywhere.

CAA likely gets 3 in. W&M probably will get in at 7-4/5-3 assuming loss to JMU, win over RU, with quality win over Nova..

I don‘t see the CAA getting 4 in. Would help W&M for URI to lose one of last 2 (UNH, @ Elon). 8-3/5-3 URI > 7-4/5-3 W&M > 7-4/4-4 URI.

I would not be surprised if across all sports, there is a bit of an adjustment or discount assessed to CAA participants. It would make less sense in football, but having 1 fewer potential team eligible may impact seeds - especially where JMU has strong seasons. Unlikely it can be quantified in anyway and certainly won't be stated, but it will be murmured and hinted to in the conversations.

Great play. Don't recall seeing that before. It made the top five plays list of ESPN's College Football Final.

Campbell had a really nice QB sneak type play where the QB was in shotgun and appeared to be directing the offense, then the TE came in motion and quickly took the snap from under center. I've seen some different variations of that one.

That Campbell team was strange in that they has some really dynamic (almost NFL-type dynamic) individual players - specifically the QB, that wide out and the defensive end kat - but as a team, they could not execute.
