FrankyP,

I thought you were a Cajun fan!!!!! What the hell are you talking about with the ULL B.S.?

It is Louisiana, UL or Ragin Cajuns, period!
When conversing with someone from tech are we to use the full name? University of Louisiana?
As long as there's no ULM fans around

I still genuinely can’t believe ULM accepted that.
It makes ULM seem like a satellite campus.

Are you really going to come here and stir up that stuff????

You know I keep seeing this thrown around all over message boards. But, it is never from a UL poster. It’s always a LaTech or LSU poster that brings this up.

ULM is ULM. They are their own university within the ULS. Just as LaTech and UL are. There is no flagship, so quit instigating.

You know what name change did for ULM?

1. Guaranteed them a FBS conference. Which is the best G5 league after the new additions.

2. Gave them a much stronger brand in ULM over NLU.

3. Their mascot is now completely unique with Warhawks.

So poking and prodding about being a branch school is BS. It’s LSU/LaTech fans who are insecure about their place in the landscape of athletics in the region.

The ULL -> UL change happened when you both were already FBS.

I have seen many ODU, and App State fans ask the same question.
I just don’t know why ULM allowed it.

I think UL and Louisiana are brilliant from a marketing perspective.

He knows what’s he is doing. He has been doing it since starting up under this latex ID. First he claimed to not be a laturd fan, then he claimed to be a UL fan, so he could go around trashing us pretending like it was coming from a UL fan.

Now he comes on here, cozies up to everyone else, even ULM, just so he can keep ripping on us. Like today when he said that ruston had cULture. Then he acts all innocent, apologizes and then scoots for a while then comes back and does the same thing all over again. He’s truly a pathetic creature.

NLU was a football independent the name change. Then USL sponsored them for the SBC on a condition of changing the name.

LaTech is soon going to experience life as an independent again. No program can survive for very long as an independent. Unless you have a national following.

Gotcha, I didn’t realize the ULL, and ULM names were ushered in together.
I don’t think we are, there are schools interested in C-USA but I appreciate your concern.

Franky I never trashed UL if you can find an instance of it please let me know.
I have explained it to you before and am sorry for how I acted earlier.
I was posting realignment data and wanted to be “impartial”. I left out LaTech in some of my projections.
We didn’t have the budget. In some of my posts I pointed out how great of a position UL was in. I can link those for you at some point.

I don’t appreciate you derailing every thread like this.
It’s not fun.

Also all my negative reputation is exclusively from you.
Please have a moment of self reflection.
Thanks.

BS. Your only purpose is to trash UL. You are not one bit sorry about your earlier lies so stop trying to pretend otherwise. You are just trying to be more clever about it but it is plain as day for anyone looking. Again, when you claimed ruston has cULture is a perfect example.

And you know damn well the history of the UL/ULM names.

Just stop trolling here and you won’t get neg reps from anyone.
