Nothing this guy said is news other than the mention of Coastal to the AAC. I was under the impression that everyone in the Sun Belt told the AAC thanks but no thanks. Didn't make sense to pay exit and entry fees while getting the same payout with no guarantee of an increase once that comes up later.
