New hoops arena looks nice, particularly the fieldhouse type layout and capacity of about 7,500 will create a intimate and loud home court for the Bears. The capacity will create a lot of full houses too.

I wish TCU would have built a new BB arena instead of significantly renovating the existing facility. The round arena design of the 60s/70s just creates seats that are much further away from the court than the fieldhouse style.
