Just base pay. Because I know Jamey can make way more than that with his incentive structure.
Yeah, he's already earned an extra 300k this season for just becoming bowl eligible...on top of his base pay. He'll essentially make an extra 1.2 mil just for winning a bowl and being in the Top 50 every year. He can rack it up with some pretty hefty incentives tbh...he just has to win. His base will increase by 50,000 a year.
