Over the years, I've always watched games hoping the utep offense could outscore the opponent due to little faith in the defensive front and corners. This defense is such a great breath of fresh air.

5 and 1 y'all. Can't believe it. The game with LT is huge. We have had close games the last few years. Could this be the time we finally win?

26-13...wow, unbelieveable. Can you believe that we're 5-1? One more win and we'll be bowl bound. I'm ecstatic solely because we're not used to having the Miners playing so well. That win was at Hattisburg a place that is known for its football.

Now, back to the Sun Bowl and the La Tech Bulldogs. Before this game I would have said that the Miners wouldn't stand a chance. Now, not so much. With the way we've been playing on both fronts and in our home field I wouldn't be surprised to be favored. But, it doesn't matter as long as the Miners come out on the winning side.

I had UTEP winning these last 2 games, now it gets a lot harder and the offense will need to score more points. Sometimes Confidence is all it takes to take that next step. Still see 7 wins

This is the worse S. Miss team I think I ever saw and that includes the 0-12 team. That team played some really good teams OOC. I know its the worse offensive team I ever saw at S. Miss over the last 15 years
