So does C-USA count only EAST Division wins toward determining the winner of the division (like the MAC did) or do all C-USA wins count. Example. Say UCF is like 4-1 in the EAST but 5-3 in C-USA overall. And UAB is 3-2 in the East but 6-2 overall in C-USA. Who wins our division? Just Curious.

I don't know. But I would think it would be overall. At least that is how I would rather it be. It makes all of the conference games worthwhile.

See i was wondering because each team plays different cross over oppoenents so one team may get all the hard teams in the west, and another the down teams. If UCF goes 4-1 in the East beating UAB, but we lose to UTEP and say Houston from the West, and UAB plays Rice, Tulane, and SMU its not quite comparable. Thats why I like the whole MAC division system, but does anyone know C-USA's official policy or have a link?
