very cool. You can get on that rock right in the bend in the viaduct by walking under the viaduct to the mountains to sea trail and climbing through a bush. Spent some afternoons there watching cars drive by and drinking a beer.

The story behind it is once upon a time there was a miner searching for gold. He found a large rock that he thought had gold and started to work at it. He eventually got tired and moved on. Then the next miner came along and with one strike cracked the rock and found gold.

Its convoluted but seems to work for the team.

BAM is still a part of the program. However that is more tied to Joe Moglia. Jamey Chadwell has brought two mottos to the team. “Believe” and “Strike The Stone”
