Very nice add!! Been way too long since we’ve gotten a
P5 to visit Cajun Field. Don’t recall if we have any on future schedules.

Doesn't look like you do.

TXST has had Texas Tech and Baylor. Arizona St is scheduled for 2024. Never easy to get a P5.

Thats a good add for sure. Should challenge for an attendance record with the App game in 2022 and 2024 as well.

App game will set the new attendance record for sure - especially if neither slip up before then.

Nice get, time for South to get another “P5” at home. We’ve had MsSt, OkSt and NC State, as well as Navy at home. We have Ole Miss scheduled in 2029. Would like to have one every 3rd year or so in town. Would surely help the attendance numbers.

There are plans for a south end zone project which I believe will include seats to bowl in the stadium in addition to an end zone building and an indoor practice facility. I don't know the timeline, probably a ways down the road.

Seems like the biggest holdup would be SCDOT rerouting University Blvd to start building.

ULM hasn't had a P5 in Monroe since Wake Forest in 2014. We were supposed to have Kansas but they backed out of the contract. In the past we've had Minnesota (1996-2000) and Baylor (2012).

Coastal owns University Blvd now, not the DOT. They signed it over to Coastal about 6 years ago. The only thing that will change from the DOTs point of view will be moving the stop sign from its current location to the new ending of University Blvd.

Nice! That should help to expedite things.

Any chance CCU brings in portable bleachers for the big games? Good way to earn extra ticket sales. TXST did it against Texas tech and sold 3k more tickets (or got 3k more students for free). Either way it was a nice way to get extra fans in the game.
