We are extremely limited at QB. For all the wow plays LL has made, he misses on the routine throws constantly. Our inability to move the chains of 3rd down is downright putrid. We are in the bottom 5 in 3rd down conversation rate.

It’s infuriating watching this team skate by on talent. I would really like to get a stretch of 5 or 6 games where we execute cleanly on O & D. Play to our potential, but it doesn’t seem like that will happen.

Wasn’t pretty, but glad to leave Paulson with a W. It’s hard to win there.

GS improves but only by inches.

That's why the championship wasn't played last year. I'm pretty sure that it's in the rules that the winning team's coach has to move on to a new job. Neither Louisiana's nor Coastal's coach was gonna leave so they canceled the game. Blaming it on covid was just a cover.

6 new coaches on staff is having a much bigger impact than being expressed. All the players came back from 2020, but the staff took major hits.

We typically play up/down to the competition. Don’t get me wrong, we got a lot of work to do between now and then.

Anyone who thought we were going to get blown out at home was a fool. That said, I think ULL has dropped off some (not a lot) but is still the west favorites.

That’s a fair assessment.

We just aren t a good team this year. Our defense actually stepped up in the 2nd half and gave us a chance. Our offense just is not getting it done. Coaching changes are coming

Agreed. Vegas had us by 14, I think? So those expecting a blow-out were expecting too much. And I agree with balance’s coach-staff post. That is never mentioned but a huge issue for us as we work through it.

Sure but had our offense done anything positive down the stretch we win by 21+…we got issues on the OL. In fact this feels like the first time a Napier team got beat in the 4th quarter…we got DOMINATED in the 4th quarter last night! 15 yards total on offense and punted all 3 possessions!

Always good to get a conference win on the road…especially in Statesboro. Billy’s teams always get better as the season progresses.
