Naturally, EMU just decides without thinking about it, and I get to hear from my fellow alums again about how little the University actually cares.
Exactly! There is no critical thinking behind these decisions.
Instead of posting to a fan site why not email the AD?
Fan forums are fun FOR THE PURPOSE they serve, but they are not a forum to change policy, procedures, etc. at an institution.
I emailed Scott once and got a reply. Others have emailed him and got a reply.
Isn't it better to ask the decision maker instead of asking posters who have no role in making the decisions?

1. I bet people have emailed EMU athletics--it is a fallacy to assume they have not. 2. My neighbor is an EMU food service manager and we have discussed concessions several times. 3. People are allowed to piss and moan on fan sites.

Any other weekend it would not be a big deal, homecoming is different.
Past homecomings have been a 3 PM kick with lots opening at 8:00 AM.

Well, to be honest, I didn't think the AD would actually check his mail. I will send him something more constructive.

He does. Legitimate questions are legitimate questions.

Emailed him at least three times. Every time he has responded.
