Parents/Family Weekend
Haven't heard anything, but it wouldn't surprise me if they decided to err on the cautious side and not do it with this very unpredictable fall. My suspicion is that Covid numbers will begin to go down, but the administration has no way of knowing that planning ahead.

Yes, it wouldn’t surprise me either.

Wondering only as Villanova had over 12,000 for their game with UR yesterday. They always have a big Parents Weekend in Sep. That’s slightly over capacity there.

Towson had over 9,000 in their home opener against ND State yesterday, also close to capacity. [/quote]

NDSU as a home game is pretty cool for Towson, even if they got rocked. I wonder how that got scheduled

NDSU played a home and away series with Delaware and then did this deal with Towson. Seems easy to fly in and out of DC area.

JMU has home and away with Weber State in Big Sky which had two top ten teams playing last weekend also.

Future opportunities for the Tribe as we rebuild our program. We are ranked as #33 with Massey this week.

I also think that the fact that NDSU and Towson played in the national championship game a few years back didn't hurt. The ADs probably talked about future games at that time.

Not sure if they are still having it. I no longer have a current student at W&M(she graduated). In the past, it was this upcoming weekend and I know that W&M had it on the schedule for this upcoming weekend again, even though there is no home football game. As it stands thanks to the quirky schedule, the next home football game weekend is Homecoming vs. Albany on the 9th. It does feel weird to have only 1 home game in September, and then a bye the first week of October. I guess it is a chance to get healthy before the 7 straight weeks of games.
