UCF Vs L'ville
Looks as if UCF had an unexpected surprise with the Cardinals. A great performance by both teams. Are the Cardinals back?

No offense, but you could've probably posted this in the game thread.
But the verdict is still out on both UCF and Louisville. This loss will likely keep Central Florida from the Access Bowl especially if Cincinnati continues to perform so well in the conference slate as they are in non-conference.

Louisville is far from being back. Though I’m surprised we won, it’s a long season and one game, win or lose, does not a season make. I still expect both teams to go out and compete every week, leave it all on the field and let’s see what happens.
It’s a shame anyone had to lose that game last night. I felt bad for the UCF team because they played good enough to win. The margin for error in college football is so narrow. It’s tough when the game comes down to one play late.
Louisville has 82 Freshmen and Sophomores on the roster. UCF is used to winning. They’ll bounce back. The season, for either team, won’t be determined by the results of last night’s game.

Sorry to learn after the game so many really good UCF players suffered injuries. I know it comes with the territory of the game. Just hope They can recover quickly. I know We've been through it ourselves the last few years barely able to field a lineup.
UCF still has a bright future this year. Hopefully We learned that playing hard is what it takes. We always seem to regress for some reason. Hope both schools can take something good away from last night going forward.

The injuries are going to cost us big time. We lost the two impact players on offense who could help us win games. And we need both of them. Bowser always adds yards on to his plays. Our other backs don't have that capability. When they get contact they go down at the spot. Bowser picks up another 2-5 yards. And it's that kind of stat that impacts drive efficiency by putting us in short yardage downs that make it easy to convert. Then well Gabriel is Gabriel, he truly is a top 10 quarterback in the country. He's not the #1 QB in the country but 90% of college teams would love to have him. And our offense is lagging our defense. They rate as average in PFF and the defense rates as low-mid good in PFF. I am worried to see how the offense will fare without the two most impactful players.
