It's weird watching Louisville, they are a spitting image of App State on offense and run the same defense without near as much pressure. Louisville could be scary on defense once they get all of their guys and some depth to back that up. I think App's defense is better at the moment though.

Another thing I'm enjoying from this game is the perception difference between teams who play ACC programs close. When a Sun Belt team does it, the ACC team must have been overrated. When an AAC team does it, the ACC team is better than people thought. Feels like 2019 all over again.

UCF fans always freak out when we don’t play perfect football for a half

Just saw the funniest thing I’ve seen in a while. UCF football players watching the Louisville Ladybirds dance team. They actually clapped when the girls finished their routine.

Gus needs to stop switching personnel groups because Louisville takes their time subbing and really slows it down. Doing a great job with it this possession.

I just got back from the first night of Our 50th H.S. reunion. Sure didn't expect a very exciting match up. Maybe there is some life in this team. UCF looks good too. Glad You Guys are getting the respect You deserve. Would have been nice to have UCF and UC in the ACC .

Ucf isn't having nearly enough guys run routes down the field. Louisville has a ton of guys to cover only a couple down field.

Why has UCF went away from throwing the football?

That was their first qualification to Bowlsby. He asked, "what are your feelings about defense?" UCf answers "none". Bowlsby signs the paper right then and there.

Cunningham was pulling a Richie Williams. In the 2005 FCS National Championship, App State QB was hobbling down the field in hurry up fashion, driving the team down to score. Scott Satterfield was the QB Coach/OC Coordinator I believe at that point.

Louisville is running the offense the way I remember it being run at App now. We never had guys like Tutu Atwell or Javian Hawkins who were force fed the ball like Louisville did the past two years. Louisville is playing balanced football and the backs are running behind their pads, wearing down the defense in that pistol stretch run, play action pass game.

Finesse is over for them, it's power now. Suppose this is their "get right" game as an offense since both Dwayne Ledford (OC, now OL Coach with the Falcons) and Frank Ponce (QB Coach and passing game coordinator, now Apps offensive coordinator) left Louisville this past off-season; that's after also losing Tutu Atwell and Javian Hawkins to the NFL.

Honestly expected UCF to win this game by two touchdowns. Looks like UCF is going to play close games this year.
