No easy talk please. Am sure that’s the message the coaches pound on every day. Everybody described Vandy as horrible. I guess that makes Colorado State beneath horrible.

I watched the press conference and the coaches know very well the areas we have to clean up. Some missed tackles, missed blocks and penalties caused by immaturity. These will be corrected by the coaches. I saw where we are now ranked 17th in the nation. Consider that only a few short years ago we did not have a clipboard or a football on campus! This program has come light years and is still rising fast. I am looking forward to another sell out crowd this Saturday. Go Bucs!!

ETSU played DSU in basketball recently and now a 2 game football series. Is there a connection with someone in their athletic department? Or is it just a coincidence?

I enjoy playing the HBCU's. We play NC A&T in basketball this year and played NC Central recently.

I may be the only person this affects, but I can't believe we are playing this game at the exact same time as the Bristol night race.

Considering the state of NASCAR the Bucs might be taking fans away from the race vs the opposite. Seriously though, I’m old enough to remember when you could tell an obvious difference in traffic, restaurant crowds, etc. in JC during race week. Now you’d literally never know a race was going on. Invisible.

With no way of predicting the game day weather when scheduling decisions were made, ETSU probably made the logical choice. An afternoon game on a hot sunny day would probably keep far more people out of the stadium than will going up against the night race in Bristol. With no way to please everybody, I think they tried to please the most.

Yes I agree. They really try to schedule around things but cannot schedule around all other events. The night games were scheduled to keep people comfortable during the hot days we have in September. I will watch the game and keep up with the race. Go Bucs!

It used to be trying to schedule around UT. The Bristol race has displaced UT?

Would like to see Folks and Lewis healthy enough to play in this game if they can, although no reason to rush it if they aren't. Conference play is just around the corner. Need them 100% for the long haul. I have been impressed with their replacements nonetheless

Bucs took care of business tonight. Defense just plays awesome. It was good to see Austin Lewis out there tonight and he looked great. Now we have to get ready for the always tough league schedule. Go Bucs!
