From here on out, I don’t wanna play any games at Paul Brown Stadium. Only at Nippert. OU & Tx will be gone by then, but even if they weren’t, I would rather play them at Nippert. Let’s get as many wins as we can there. And emphasize that our stadium is The historic Nippert Stadium!

Agree as Nip is worth at least 6 points over PBS. Also the Club seats at PBS suck versus NIP.

If more seats needed expand NIP. I suspect Richie must have a concept drawing where 5 or 10k can be added. Needs to be a 9 month build time.

That said building Premium Seats produces the best revenue yield.

The upper deck needs to be extended around the closed end of the field.

It's my understanding that UC's not allowed to tear Schmidlapp (or whatever they're calling it now) down because it's a historic building or something...

... but it would be a shame if it had some faulty electrical wiring fail over christmas break.

Dieterle is a special (and underutilized) component of Nippert. Having a historic academic building behind your endzone is one of the key features of our uniquely on-campus stadium.

There is plenty of room to add seating by extending Herschede-Shank upward and closer to Dieterle. There is also a ton of unused space in the north endzone, where the rec center is currently doing nothing but taking up space where another deck of seating could be added.

Agree Dieterle adds to the Nippert Charm. I do not want to remove it or cover it up with another row of seating. Neither does the Nippert Foundation- Lois Nippert paid a ton of money renovating that facility (Dieterle was her maiden name and her mother sang opera there).

I do not think expansion or the stadium is going to happen. There’s just not going to be a return on the investment. As demand is now up and supply is low, we’ll see a rise in ticket prices to garner more revenue.
