Well, I'm not sure you would be competitive. You lost to ULM and ULL. You'd be underdogs against Coastal and App, and Georgia State is iffy. That's 4-4 or 3-5.

However what I did say and have maintained is that Liberty would never get consideration for expansion to begin with. Falwell pretty much ended any chance of that happening.

Marshall has been the more consistent and better program. In the grand scheme of things , the G5 aren't cared about by the mainstream. Your brand is also so valuable that you are heading to the sun belt

Again, Marshall has had football like 100 years longer than us. Your population is mostly people born there because more people flee than want to live in west Virginia. You guys have no pro teams. South Florida has 4 and many big cities have 3 to 4 and a lot more to do besides that.
