RE: BYU, Cincy, UCF & UH question on football attendance

You have to look at every team differently because of demographics. Orlando has no NFL and is a big football town so a 60k stadium will probably work well with an upgrade in premium packages. The bean counters are busy as we speak I'm sure.

Texas Tech
Baylor

Oklahoma State
West Virginia
As for... Kansas, Kansas State & Iowa State I THINK is gonna be a bit different from the beginning but eventually fans will start showing up too.
We will draw well (read: 32K+) for Baylor, Tech, OK State, BYU, and to a lesser extent TCU. Everyone else will be just another game like normal (25-30K). No reason to believe that UCF, Cinci, and WVU will put butts in seats unless they are really highly ranked programs at the time. WVU may draw a little better at first because of the novelty, but that will not last beyond 1 year.

When TDECU is rocking, the place gets LOUD!!
When #3 Louisville and Heisman front-runner Lamar Jackson came in 2016, seems like their OL was whistled for moving pre-snap 10 times because they could not hear...

I'm guessing BYU has the smallest increase because they already draw really well and UH should have the largest increase.
Houston will easily see the biggest bounce in attendance for several reasons:
1) They usually have the most empty seats on game days compared to the other 3 schools.
2) A lot more Big 12 Alumni/Fans live in/around Houston...let alone in the same state...so it will make it very easy for those visiting fans to travel (if they even have to) Houston...and easy supply of tickets too.
UCF, being located in FL...will see HARD sellouts due to traveling fanbases like Iowa State and especially WVU...where half of the state of West Virginia seems to now live in FL.
I'm certainly looking forward to all of the upcoming Big 12 Conf games at the Bounce House.
