Did anyone with electronic tickets receive their donor lot passes?

I have my electronic tickets, but didn’t receive my donor lot passes. They also didn’t charge me the $25 each on my credit card this year, so maybe someone at the ticket office messed up. No problem processing my donation back in May-ish though.

Not sure if they are still charging $25 for donor lot passes as I believe I read somewhere parking is now included in the cost of tickets and they won’t be charging to park at the Convo anymore

Convo lot is indeed free this year with season tickets.

I got my parking pass in the mail with my hospitality tent tickets but I have East side Stadium parking. Those came last week.

Recieved email August 3rd from Robert Doeger tickets were in my NIU Ticketmaster account.
Logged in and downloaded tickets to Apple Wallet

I got paper tickets. They are a sure thing, as they have been for centuries. I do not trust electronic tickets or, more specifically, my phone. If something can go wrong, it usually will for me.

How do the Convo lot parking attendants know you are a season ticket holder if all you have is digital tickets?

Also, we will be bringing an RV to the convo lot, is that included and no extra charge?

Good question.
Parking is included in Single Game tickets. For those who are not Season Ticket holders what if you park before you buy you tickets??

I donated my season tickets & support last season, then repeated the same support for this year which would earn Park Zone A. In the mail I got Park Zone B. This is the third year in a row I have been sent the wrong pass, but whatever.

My surprise is I do not have access to West Lawn or East Lawn with my Park Zone A. It is for Track Lawn only. This was a surprise to me as I was excited to try out the A lot this year. I feel like this was not explained very well, but maybe I did not read the fine print, this is possible.

Just wondering if anyone else in the same spot? I am not too upset about it, more bummed.

Just got ours in the mail today. Yours should be in shortly hopefully

I got the wrong parking pass, and am working with athletics to get it straightened out. Hopefully it's a straightforward process. (digital tickets)
