I suspect that all those interceptions mentioned in the article is as much the result of poor passing as is good CB and safety coverage and strong pass rush. I'm still not convinced that our OL is great.

Why do you suspect that? The one pick that the UAB football twitter site tweeted out wasn't a poorly thrown ball. It hit off a receiver's hands and turned into an interception. Keondre Swoopes and Will Boler also made a nice play on that interception. Not sure about the other ones.

In fairness, in camp after camp the defense usually starts to gel earlier than the offense. Add that our defense was already an elite unit with almost everyone back. It takes the offense longer to get the timing down.
At least I'm hoping that's a factor in it.
