Doubt that happens but I lobbied for WSU to start up their football team a while ago. Who cares if they suck for five years or more. It's not like there won't be 15 other teams to carry them. Probably won't happen but.....

I thought about it a few times. Surprised nobody brought this up. Might be the best rivalry in the conference. Memphis getting to play them would be awesome too.

Honestly, that would just be the comedy factor... But going from MVC to an actual recognized power conference in 4 years would be the exciting part.

I'd say it's better than 50/50 if it happens. I'll tell ya, if it does happen, scalpers are going to have a field day. The ratings for that first game will be off the charts. Similar to when Kentucky played Louisville the first time.
