They gave notice. Now they have time to negotiate on the size of the check they will have to write. Almost assredly they will be out by 2023.

So I guess what I'm trying to figure out is... if Texas and OU move to the SEC, what happens with Texas and OU's media exposure? Will their games still be televised even though they are in the SEC, but with the Big 12 retaining the revenue?

2023 seems like a good guess unless they work miracles and are gone by the 2022 season.
