That could be said by just about every fan-base in C-USA, with 2 or 3 possible exceptions.

I bet the only 3 schools with close to a .500 or above record vs FBS OOC since 2014 will be Western/Marshall/Tech.

I know Western owns two wins vs SEC and 3-0 vs Current AAC (3 VS SEC and4-0 vs ACC going back to 2013) and 2 wins over Army. Western was a few games over .500 till last year with the worse qb in the history of sports...0-4

WKU is 13-16 in non-CUSA games since joining CUSA in 2014, this does not include FCS teams. Going 0-4 in 2020 dropped the Toppers below .500.
