RE: College Sports Madness rank top 144
I agree to a certain extend about Hofstra. They may be good come February once Claxton and the roster settle in. I also think CofC could be good by February as well.
To be honest, if NU didn't have Walters and Strong out with Covid, I think we beat you guys back in March. But we didn't so we move on.
You did lose Bickerstaff, which is a big loss IMO. NU lost Walker, a bigger loss to me, but we did very well in the transfer portal that will more than make up for his loss.
With the returning players like Telfort, Walters, Strong, Stucke that's why CSM had us #94 and finishing in 1st.

If Drexel wins again this year I hope they finally get the respect they deserve :)

Agree mostly. Bickerstaff was quite a talent, however his style never really fit well with Spiker's offense. So while he is absolutely a loss (athletic wings of his size that can shoot some dont come around our level all the time), I dont think it will be as big as you think.
Some may not like this take, but I think losing Walton will hurt us more overall. While Walton was very hot or cold and his defense was poor at best, that offensive output he gave us will be sorely missed. I am not sure how we replace that offense he brought. On his cold games we really struggled to score outside of Cam. So we will need someone to step up or else I could see us being middle of the pack again. Bickerstaff would have been the "obvious" answer to replace him but he is elsewhere too, obviously. I suspect we will feed Butler more down low, which is also fine.

Being that I hadn't seen your team play much last year, I'll definitely take your word on Walton. So that makes it 2 big losses.

Think Melik Martin can provide at least close to the offense that Zach did while providing better defense. Really don't see how we replace TJ.

RE: College Sports Madness rank top 144
We misused TJ so much that his impact seemed minimal to me. I know he had a few games where he showed how talented he is, but in our system I just never felt like he was a fit and we didnt use him correctly, so losing him is less of a burden, in my eyes. I could also be 100% incorrect on that and he leaves a bigger hole than I care to admit.
