MyBB Illinois and Purdue - Among the Best to Never Win NCAA Men's B-Ball Championship
Illinois and Purdue are among the best teams to have never won the NCAA Men's Basketball NCAA National Championship, based on several criteria:

Most Final Four appearances: Illinois has 5, second only to Houston (6) for most without winning it all. [Image: E3aRmROWQAUkFf8?format=jpg&name=large]

Most NCAA Tournament wins: Illinois and Purdue have each won 42 games. Only Oklahoma (43) has won more games without winning the national championship.

Most NCAA Tournament appearances: Purdue made 32 tournament appearances, 5th overall. Illinois 31, 6th overall. The leader is Notre Dame with 36.

Most overall wins: Purdue ranks #4 overall and Illinois #6. [Image: E0z4aGvXoAQkeJM?format=jpg&name=large]

Will I see my Illini or Purdue win the national championship in my lifetime?
