RE: 2022 Football Commits
I was also confused at first, but that is *Joseph* Anderson (Class of 2024) tweeting out an offer. His brother is Joshua Anderson (2022 signee), and he included a pic of his brother's signing day graphic in the post about his offer from EMU.

Didn’t know where to place this but one of our former recruits who committed but never showed up was John Braham Jr. Heard he has NFL potential and has now signed with Syracuse after a short stint at a community college.

RE: 2022 Football Commits
Just saw Darius Lassiter make an unbelievable catch against Texas.
I used to hate the Rasnick/Murphy model of recruiting JUCO's and transfers. In today's world, however, we got one year from Lassiter and two from Sparacio, Kline, Glass, Bailey, Evans, etc... Our high splash HS commit Drew Viotto was all about EMU until Minnesota came calling.
The previous model of recruiting HS kids, red shirting them for the first year while sucking up an available scholarship is quite frankly outdated.
You find a diamond in the rough like Maxx Crosby in 2015. He redshirts his 2016 season. In 2017, he shows promise, but POC and Harris are doing just fine. 2018 comes and he is a stud. 2019 and the dude realizes just how good he is and leaves early for the draft. My guess is that in today's world, he would have spent 2019 closer to home playing for the University of Texas.
I think all of us on this board ABSOLUTELY LOVE Maxx, sans one, but at the end of the day, we got two fabulous years, but invested four scholarship years to do so. Sparacio has given us two great seasons as well, but we only invested two scholarship years for him to do so. Just my take on recruiting.
