Isn't it past time for a NCAA dress code. School uniforms have gotten so tiny they're barely functional. I'm sure there are a lot more malfunctions than this. Especially for female athletes. It seems girls sports all of them are a cross between athletics and the SI swimsuit issue. Perhaps some girls like this and some indifferent but what is a modest person supposed to do if they are athletically inclined. It's show your ass or don't play.
