Yeah, and any of you busting on Liberty because they "have no academic rigor", that's why you object to them being considered for AAC membership? Talk about a red herring. The only way that would matter to an athletic conference is because they can admit better athletes who can't qualify at our schools due to grades or SAT scores. Well, I highly doubt their athletes are any stupider than ours, maybe with the exceptions of Tulane, SMU, Temple, and Navy.

It's not athletic conference all on it's own. This isn't the pros.

It's an association of schools.........who happen to play sports. Hence College Athletics. If it wasn't the school presidents wouldn't make that athletic membership decisions.

Liberty isn't getting in, neither is Devry or Phoenix.

that's correct and the AAC President who it is up to have made it clear they (along with CUSA and every other major conf) want nothing to do with them.
