Ouch.
Ouch.
Meh.

Why “Meh” on FSU stock? They doubled their win total (from 2 to 4), only Syracuse (from 1 to 2?) has matched that rate of return.

The game vs UNC is a non-conference game

Gracias ...

$100

$60 for 20 shares of Louisville
$24 for 8 shares of Wake
$16 for 8 shares of Florida State

Someone check this for me ...

Louisville finished 4 - 4 in conference, so 20 shares gives me $80.
Wake sits at 6 - 1 in conference, so 8 shares gives me $48.
Florida State finished 4 - 4 in conference, so 8 shares gives me $32.

So does this mean I am sitting at $160 ??? with one game to go??

Correct. And while that's not a bad rate of return on your investment, Chris and Mark doubled their money. You can still improve to $168 with a Wake Forest win this week, but their $200 is already safely in the bank. DawgNBama had a more diversified portfolio, and stands at $178. He can still improve to $228 with a Syracuse win over Pitt, but that result would also add $100 each to Chris and Mark's total, putting them in Warren Buffet's class.

Those two win if having the "most money" at the end of the season is the goal. But, if I'm reading the OP correctly, the goal is to see who has the most wins. In that case, if Wake wins this week and Syracuse loses, then anyone who bought the maximum number of Wake Forest shares (33) would have won because Wake would have 7 wins X 33 shares.

But nobody bet the farm on the Deacs, so that was an opportunity lost.

Could have been so much more.
