Connor Kochera Interview
As soon as I saw Kochera in the subject line, my heart sank. Then I read the rest of the title.

Nope. All good news. He is a very mature young man committed to getting better and he wants & expects to fill the leadership void lost with Luke's departure. I cant speak for the coming off seasons, but he talks about how much he clicks with the team and Coach Fischer and seems to embrace the W&M experience.

That said, players from Pierce, to Audige, to Milan, to Hodgson- all claimed to love and valued their W&M experience. When the transfer voices get in their ears, you never know how it will end up.

RE: Connor Kochera Interview
Audige and Hodgson were very different than Pierce and Milan...The latter two stayed and graduated before leaving for grad school. The other two
just absconded.

I wasn't comparing their individual circumstances. My point was that all of them did and do speak well of their time in Williamsburg. Enjoying your time in the program isn't always enough to keep you in town

Great interview. How do you think a senior like Quinn responds to hearing Kochera talk about carrying the mantle of leadership from Loewe next year? You either love it (and agree that he’s the one to do it) or you feel a bit annoyed. Based on what they say about team chemistry, I’m assuming that Quinn is excited to see Kochera step into that role.

I believe that Eva Hodgson is graduating this year (has graduated?) after three years. Therefore, she is doing exactly the same thing as Pierce and Milon by playing elsewhere while getting a graduate degree.

She is and Bubba should correct his statement. It's classless and unnecessary to begin with.

Hodgson will have graduated before she leaves. Audige is the only one victimized early on (freshman) by delusions of grandeur.

What exactly was delusional about transferring when the coach who recruited him was fired and immediately walking into a starting role, and future degree, at Northwestern?

I mainly focus on the guys currently on the team but I have no ill will towards someone who feels their interests are better served elsewhere (which, in Chase's case, they very clearly were).

People who transfer from W&M are bad and treasonous. People who transfer to W&M are good and virtuous.
