RE: NU "really" gets a PG
Interesting! My weekend is filling up with film to watch. This throws our math off. +5 and -2 leaves 15 players. Is there a subtraction we don't know about? Or are we just extending for a year since we lose a lot after this season? Our roster on the website doesn't indicate that

If you see the Scott-Grayson Twitter post, in the photo he's wearing #10.

Who wore that number for NU last year?

That might be the answer as to who is leaving.

Makes sense. I also noticed the rotation you posted last night had an absence in it

Thanks, but I don't "celebrate" birthdays, anymore!

After watching four hours of Glens games here are my thoughts.

First, the negatives....
1. Frame and strength.
2. Stats, especially APG.... (but on a five win team with not a lot of talent I wonder
how many assists he would average on a team with good shooters.)
Next, the positives......
1. He's a good ball handler. Pressure doesn't bother him.
2. He's unselfish and I didn't see him force one bad shot.
3. Sees the whole court. Lots of times when the ball is passed to him he passed it to a teammate in the blink of an eye.
4. Good shooting percentages.
5. (and most important) Coen likes him.

I don't have strong convictions about this recruit but if Coen likes him then I like him. Freshmen stats aren't always predictive....especially for under-recruited, smaller guys. Roland averaged 1.5 PPG his freshman year....and not much better as a soph......but Coen saw something.

What I liked about him was he was among the conference leaders in 3 pt. pct. as a freshman.

He also knows how to run a team.

It’s very rare that a service academy player leaves, especially after their rookie year.

I bet that losing all those games (twenty) was killing him.
