I'd pencil in GA as comfortably Blue now. Rust Belt Democrats moving from Chicago/Detroit/etc. to Atlanta, plus the booming filming industry there attracting California Dems.
On top of that, it's a globalist, multinational city.

Michigan was reliably blue until the mass exodus from Detroit. Chicago is better off.

Many are just moving to GR, Holland, etc. Plus Ann Arbor's always an option too.
