Here is another line of thought

Time Traveling humans

could those piloting UFOs be us — our future progeny that have mastered the landscape of time and space? Perhaps those reports of people coming into contact with strange beings represent our distant human descendants, returning from the future to study us in their own evolutionary past.

The US government is actually gearing up to share information about the “reality” of UFOs with the public — and not a moment too soon, says the man who claims to have run the Pentagon’s UFO program for 9 years.

Former President Donald Trump’s $2.3 trillion appropriation bill for 2021 contained a mandate that the Pentagon and spy agencies must file a report about “unidentified aerial phenomena” or UAP. Most of us just call them flying saucers or UFOs.

Let's assume for the moment that some UFO's or UAP's are not top secret military craft. If they truly are superior in every way and benevolent why don't they just land at the main nations' capitols and meet us? If they remain aloof the first assumption should be that they are likely to be more hostile. Or, it could be that we are truly so inferior that they examine us like an ant farm, in which case I wouldn't want to wind up in a plastic bag in an exhibit in their offspring's equivalent of a 6th grade science project. So perhaps the dumbest move ever was what Carl Sagan did by putting a map to Earth on Voyager I. If you don't know who's at the door you don't invite them in! Yet another possible disaster that could happen because we proclaim a fringe scientist brilliant and then trust their judgment. If sense doesn't coincide with common sense it isn't brilliant.
If there are alien civilizations we should not advertise our existence. I agree.

I never believed in UFOs but the footage coming out lately has been very interesting. Who knows what it is. Our new technology? China or Russian technology? Aliens? Alien probes? Time traveling from future humans. Disinformation campaign by our government? Who knows... but it does seem like something big is cooking.
I've seen UAP's on 2 different occasions in my life, to use the latest lingo. The first event consisted of a pair of orange glowing cigar shaped objects that settled over the woods by the river about a mile from my grandmother's home. My father, an active fighter pilot at the time, and another uncle who was a navigator on transport planes, both officers, saw them too. Dad called Ft. Rucker which pronounced them to be the ubiquitous swamp gas. They came in slowly, settled, and then shot straight out and gone in a matter of seconds. This was the mid 1960's. There was no sound and no visible means of propulsion. Nobody knew what they were but swamp gas doesn't exit the atmosphere in a matter of seconds in a streak.

The second time I was finishing up finals and headed home at 2:00AM and just leaving Montgomery headed south and was stopped at the last traffic light before open highway. There was nobody at the light with me and all of the sudden I got the bright light on me thing like in Close Encounters. I thought it must be a Police Helicopter looking for someone. I turned off my stereo, rolled down the window and heard nothing. We were probably half a decade away from whisper mode on helicopters and I couldn't see anything looking up. The light shut off and the object disappeared over the horizon, heading South as well, in about 3 seconds. I could probably see for 3 or 4 miles where I was and nothing we had traveled that fast, especially from a silent hover. Unlike Richard Dreyfus I had no sunburn from looking up.

Needless to say I didn't report it. Nobody wants to go through that.

So there's something going on, whether truly top secret black ops programs or ET, something is going on and has been for decades. When I watch the tic tac videos, and that's what the Navy pilots named these objects, I noted the instantaneous acceleration, the impossible right angle high G turns, and no visible means of propulsion. If this is black ops its anti gravity and unmanned. If it's not it is definitely well advanced over anyone's conventional flight vehicles. I've known other service people who have seen them. My father never saw one while in flight, just the two at my grandmother's house nearly 60 years ago.

So either we are so advanced that we may actually have a space force already, or there's something out there more more dangerous to us than the drooling, toddling geriatric in the White House.

What I saw was on a flight home from Europe about 20 years ago. We were over Baltimore or Boston, really can’t remember which. I was looking out of the window from my window seat which I always do when flying. I observed a grey metallic perfect cylinder about the size of a 55 gallon drum pass by the plane as if it were motionless in the air at 30,000 feet. I would guess maybe 75 yards from the plane. The best way I could describe the way it looked was as if you were on the highway in the back seat of a car and someone in the front threw a beer can out of the window and you observed it passing the back window. I clearly saw it and have no idea what it could have been but it should not have been where it was.

That is scary. I wonder why planes don’t run into these things. I used to fly all the time but I really don’t enjoy it anymore. Too many variables from crowded skies to suicidal pilots to ufo’s.
