It’s obviously been a while for Chicago State.

Women’s basketball back in 2010-11 in the Great West Conference. They went 24-10 on the year— eventually losing to Bakersfield in the semi-finals, 92-93 (OT).

CSUB was never in the GW in WBB. They were still indy in those days. You are thinking of the WBI Tourney as opposed to conference tourney.
Still though, a good season and GWC title for CSU.
