RE: Baseball rpi
It's been a very strange year.

We're still rated the #9 conference in baseball, with wins over #2 Vanderbilt, #6 TCU, #11 East Carolina, #14 Ole Miss, #16 La Tech, #17 Southern Miss, and #19 Florida State.... and a bunch more Top 50 wins.... yet we have no teams with a Top 50 RPI and no chance for an at-large bid. We've all beat each other up.

I don't get it... GS took a page from South Alabama's book and lost two of three last weekend. Why did we drop? Was this a week where winning more is better?

RE: Baseball rpi
It all comes down to the tourney. When only 2 Belt teams are under 100 in RPI it has to be considered a subpar year for Belt baseball

2 reasons: Georgia Southern lost to a 16-25 ball club, twice. They did help themselves somewhat by winning a road game. Those factors affected their WP and OWP.
Georgia Southern's non-conference opponents did not have a very good week. That affected their OWP and OOWP.
