Gonzaga will beat Creighton easily.

The other three are good games but Michigan vs FSU really stands out. For one thing, either the ACC or B1G will be eliminated from the tournament. For another, it's just a really good matchup of two very good teams with contrasting styles.

TV will be muted at my house for games 2 and 4 on Sunday due to Nantz calling the games. They ought to have alternate audio feeds.

I'm glad I don't have to stay up late to find out which conference will advance a team to the Elite 8.

Not the NCAA Tournament, but throwing in a congrats to Memphis and Penny Hardaway for dispatching Boise State, Colorado State and Mississippi State in impressive fashion winning the NIT. They were definitely the best team in the NIT. They found themselves late, but it's a good sign for the future of the program.

Gonzaga looking like they might run Creighton off the court today.

Creighton way over-achieved making the SW16. If they keep this within 20 it will be good. For them and Villanova to advance to the E8, they needed upsets by others to knock off the top seeds earlier, like say Houston has gotten, and they did not get them.

UCSB also missed a point blank shot at the buzzer to beat them.

tough burn for Creighton of that 2nd timeout- that could come back to hurt them later.

Feels like Creighton playing pretty well- but still down 7.

Kind words, Stugray2, and this long-time Tiger fan appreciates them. Memphis also beat a very good Dayton team in Game 1. Memphis played very well (notwithstanding continued free throw shooting woes) the second half of the season. There is reason to be encouraged for next season.

Few looks a good bit younger than 58, no doubt.

Who's idea was it to have a game start at 2:10 and then a game start at 5? And the women's game is 74-42.

Yes, and the fourth game starts at almost 9 PM Eastern. Screwy timing for today's games.

RE: NCAA Sweet 16 Sun Thoughts
Michigan dominating FSU 32-21 at the half. All the talk has been about FSU's "length", but just ask Charles Barkley or Wes Unseld, "girth" matters too, and Michigan's bigs look stouter and are holding their own, which FSU can't afford. Michigan's smalls are hawking the ball, taking advantage of FSU's undisiplined ball movement to create turnovers.

Turnovers and Fouls, that's been FSU's first half. But that can be corrected.

Gonzaga looks unstoppable.

FSU has way too many turnovers. I think Michigan is going to prevail if they don't freeze up..

If that fourth game started at 8 PM I might have watched it. But at 9:45, no way. At both sites (Hinkle and Banker's Life) the two games start five hours apart. Are they planning on sanitizing the entire arena between games?
