Who's your unexpected deep run team? I have SDSU AND Houston making deep runs. (I have them meeting in the Sweet Sixteen)

Houston is a #2 seed, they're supposed to make the Sweet 16.

I have #12 seeds Winthrop, Georgetown, and UCSB along with #11 Drake winning in the 1st round. In the 2nd round, I got #6 Texas Tech. I have #4 seeds Florida State and Purdue making the Elite Eight and #3 Texas in the Final Four.

Schmolik: you're right of course! I thought that way because they're NOT hoops programs of note.

I would content Houston is a program of note. Great history. Some fantastic teams over the years.

My Cinderellas based on low seedings are Georgetown (I'm biased as a casual Hoya fan), Colgate and Winthrop.

Georgetown has JUST AS MUCH history as UH!

I got Ohio in the sweet 16 along with USC & Oregon. I'm not very high on the top 5 seeds in the West other than the Zags. LSU in the Sweet 16 in the East & Syracuse in Midwest. All chalk in the South.

Should note this is in a pool where you add the seed # to the points in the first 2 rounds so you're rewarded for picking the upsets. So I pick a good many.

I've got Houston losing to Illini in the E8 and feel pretty good about that, they are not a Cinderella this year.

So much for my chalk in the South LOL.

I've got Ohio U and Winthrop in the Sweet 16. Though I did pick the Oregon State upset over Tennessee.
