Seemed like a hard worker and good teammate, just didn't have the offensive game for our system and was a little light for a line-up where he didn't have anyone with beef on him to help defend the interior. Sac State is nothing special, no one goes to California to go to Sacramento, but it's D1 and offers some opportunity. Komagum really improved from year 1 of juco to year 2 and I'd expect him to grow into a solid low major big man before he's done.

Nothing special? When did you become Debbie Downer? Komagum stuck the landing here. Athletically they have a need for exactly his area. Very good academics, living in an urban environment with pro sports, close to the coast and his league will take him to some of the wide open areas of this country.

So Nunge would have how many years of eligibility left ? Love to see him considered the Rockets, but wouldn't surprise me to see him land at Evansville.

Anyone know if Emmanuel Little landed somewhere yet? I know—we don’t have any scholarships left & weren’t interested in getting a power forward anyway. I just think he’s gonna be an impact player if he does make the move up to D-1. Shame the Rockets couldn’t get him or someone like him. Our 2 freshmen “bigs” (and on this team, 6’6” qualifies as being big) better grow up in a hurry next season if we hope to win the MAC tournament.

Congrats to Maranka. That's basically home for him, right? Our transfers did alright.

Surprised he didn't go to Grand Valley St. Right across town from DU. Possibly a more competitive league.

similar but probably better player that just went into the portal is naz bohannon, stocky slightly undersized 6-6 pf from youngstown state. will be interesting to see if akron or bg goes after him as both need a pf and have an open scholarship. naz is from lorain.
