championship gear
i bought a shirt off the drexel bookstore and it already came yesterday. very efficient.

the women's stuff is identical to men's stuff (except of course it says women's). i have a hard time buying it when it's the same. hopefully they'll post something at least a little different...and something that recognizes both teams.

if they put out a shirt that says "it's a great day to be a dragon" i won't be able to pull out my credit card fast enough.

please post any info if you see new stuff come out.

RE: championship gear
I'm not thrilled with the gear that they're selling. It's the same logo on everything, and it just appears to be a generic CAA Champions logo that would have had any team's logo plastered on it. I'm hoping that Drexel can create their own championship logo and sell their own gear.

I also hope that the ticket office held off in submitting their season ticket holder gift order. I'm not sure what their plans are for this year but it would be nice if they gave out some championship related gifts.

It's fine. Championship gear just has to be good enough for the short turnaround. The Eagles and Phillies championship gear I have is similarly generic.

I do miss the days when JohnnyRifle and whoever the gambling-obsessed fellow with the printing business was would post funny graphics.

Speaking of the guy with the printing business. Trust me. Nobody misses him. I've been convinced that he's cursed every team that he roots for. He's also a Mets and Jets fan.

I swear, I met that guy three time at three different Drexel games. No joke, these are the three games I saw him at. The 2012 CAA Championship Game at Richmond. The game at the Palestra where Fouch fell and was done for the season. And the game at MSG where Lee fell and got injured and was out for the season.

Oh, and he was a regular at the CAA Tournaments in Richmond where Drexel would regularly get upset as the higher seed, almost on an annual basis.
