99 Duke was better than 99 Uconn (even though 99 Uconn beat them for the title). Also 99 Duke was better than 2001 Duke.

1991 UNLV was better than 1992 Duke.

1960 Ohio State being 20 with a team lead by sophomores who lost to Cincinnati in the 61 and 62 finals as juniors and seniors seems patently absurd when the 62 UC team is well down the list and the 61 UC team isn't on it.

2000 MSU wasn't as good as 2000 Cincinnati and is one of the weaker title teams we've seen.

This list isn't very good if they are really trying to decide best.
