Can someone recommend a site that does regular updates. Seems like most places update a day later?

The source. The NCAA. They update daily, at some point during the day after the previous night's games. That's why everybody else lags, b/c then they have to post. So you're always going to get the fastest update from this site.

Through yesterday's games, 2/24:

6. Houston

60. SMU

62. Memphis

67. Wichita

All stayed the same except Wichita, which jumped 2 spots.

I use warren Nolan's website. It uses the source data but does a better job of displaing details including the team sheets
