Kodos to Coach Taylor, his staff and defense. After rough start, made the adjustments and ground down the high powered Bulldogs.

Congrats to Riddell for hanging in there in his first start. Offense had some bright spots but were hurt by turnovers and questionable play calling. To many times, coaches and players weren't on same page. Confusion cost Bucs at least 10-14 points.

Final result is all that counts.......

And now Bucs have two weeks to prepare for a great Wofford team. I liked the depth this team displayed today. These players should get better and better as the season goes on. This is what we have been needing the last three years.Go Bucs!!

Yeah, hats off to Coach Taylor. Those first two Samford possessions, it looked like a certain blowout. There's no way I imagined never giving up a TD after that.

Is there any word about Blake? I sure hope he is all right. We have a week off so that should help.

Coach spoke as much as he could Monday and I think he sounded guardedly optimistic about Blake's injury. For privacy reasons schools cannot really talk about it until the player wants it. We all want Blake to make a speedy and complete recovery whatever it was. Go Bucs!
