Illinois: TJ Griffin, a ☆☆☆ DB out of Illinois. He's a top 1,700 recruit and the Fighting Illini are currently his only offer.

Wisconsin: Tristan Monday, a ☆☆☆ LB out of Arizona. He's a top 850 recruit that held offers from Arizona, Florida State, Baylor and Colorado.

Michigan: Jimmy Rolder, a ☆☆☆☆ LB out of Illinois. He's a top 400 recruit that held offers from 6 BIG schools along with Florida, LSU and Cincinnati.

Utah, Notre Dame, Georgia, Mississippi State, Texas A&M and North Carolina have all recently received verbal commits from ☆☆☆☆ recruits.

Early signing period over and back to hard commits.

Nebraska: Decoldest Crawford, a ☆☆☆ WR out of Louisiana. He's a top 500 recruit that held offers from Michigan State, Penn State, LSU, Arizona State and Ole Miss.

Indiana: Kameyn Perry, a ☆☆☆ WR out of Georgia. He's a top 1,550 recruit that held offers from Kentucky, Central Michigan, North Carolina A&T and Western Carolina.

Both Texas A&M and Southern California have received commitments from ☆☆☆☆☆ recruits.

Arizona, Alabama, Miami (fl) and South Carolina have received commitments from ☆☆☆☆ recruits.

Not too far into my coaching career I attended a clinic that included Boyd Epley. I will freely acknowledge that Epley was a pioneer and helped catapult strength and conditioning into the common lexicon. What floored me was a statement he made regarding the makeup of the Nebraska roster, "We HAVE to get it done in the weight room since our players aren't that good."

Apparently it's taken thirty years to see that statement come to fruition.

Rutgers would actually be higher - maybe #5, but we had one 4* reclassify and enroll early, a second decommitted so he can make his announcement at the Army All Star Bowl.

Illinois- Zylon Crisler, an Offensive Lineman out of Mississippi. Not much of a rating on this guy yet, but he's 6' 7" and 350 lbs. Yikes!!!

Nebraska- The Cornhuskers have landed a couple Juco players recently. Javier Morton, a DB out of Garden City C.C. in Kansas and Anthony Grant, a RB out of New Mexico Military Institute.
