The Stable Genius Act
Pending. Would require a mental examination of all future presidents before taking office. Might be a fallback position for the Democrats in 2024.

No way that would ever be abused, right? Seriously, I'm quite sure that even though she's absolutely moonbat sh!t crazy, AOC herself could pass a "mental evaluation." I also don't trust our government to be fair on this considering don't see men who want to "become" women as mentally unfit for service in the military.

Idiots.

I can imagine how "unbiased" the examination would be, couldn't you?
"Mr. Trump, can you recite the entire Constitution backwards? In Latin? You can't? You're mentally unfit."

"Saint Joe Biden, here are three pictures. Can you look at them and figure out which one is of the little girl? To help with the process, we've also added a special strawberry scent that matches the girl's hair. You figured it out! You're presidential material!"

RE: The Stable Genius Act
It appears that the only requirement under The Stable Genius Act is that the committee chairperson for the respect of candidate would be required to file a certification that the candidate has undergone an examination at a medical office under the Secretary of Navy - and that the candidate / president-elect has been deemed fit for service. Seems neutral enough.

Not 'president-elect' --- actually The Stable Genius act requires that the certification ***with the results of the examination*** be filed prior to the election.

Requirement that a president not be psychologically unstable.

Trumpers: Unfair! Unfair!

No. We’ve just watched too much stuff where people with an agenda rig for an outcome they desire. Who decides the criteria? Who decides who does the evaluation?

Oh, let’s have some liberal academic shill from the Ivy Leagues make the determination. No effing way...

Bottom line, I don’t much trust the government to come up with anything honest.

Who knows until it's tested in court. This isn't a requirement to take office. So you can violate the law apparently and still become president. But you have violated a federal law ... and whatever results from that.

Do elections really do that anymore?
With a complicit media and a candidate hiding in his basement calling a lid on engagements at 10 a.m. almost every day, did America get a true picture of Biden's competence?

So, confirmation Sloe* won’t be running for a second term. Especially if he’s stupid enough to sign something this dumb into law.

And he may well be.

Sure - the mental fitness of a candidate it's certainly an issue. No matter the party.
