They are appealing to the NCAA to put it on this years season. There was an announcement of that last week. If it comes to pass, they’d be eligible in the first year of WAC

I thought earlier they were trying to get it pushed BACK a year.

You've lost me here. By back, i only meant that i thought they tried to get it a year later, instead of the year it was initially planned for. Some where I read they wanted current students a chance to transfer and that it would be more fair if incoming players already knew it would be in effect.

A whole lot of 'It wasn't my job' coming from that dude. I'm not saying there wasn't something shifty, but he's not coming across innocent.

Well, he worked in compliance for 30 years and it wasn't happening then whole time, it couldn't have been JUST him.

What a mess. And it went on for 7 years. That's an lot of lack of institutional control.
