RE: WBB vs Towson Sunday Jan 3 2021 2PM
I got to enjoy this game in the AUBC (first game for me). It doesn't seem like it's a reality that it's our home gym.

This game had my blood boiling. We were so sloppy and lazy early on. Towson's bench was more excited/hype than the other 225 people in the building combined. Our bench was asleep. Our 'crowd' was asleep. The environment was terrible. Then Sean subbed 5 players and the team coming off scored 5 points before getting benched and the comeback was on... team woke up, crowd woke up, and it was a great finish. Winning games is much more enjoyable than losing them. Who knew.

When the WBB team gets their usual crowd of 2,500 people, plus band and spirit squads, that environment will be incredible. Hopefully the crowd returns next year and we are living in a much more post-covid world. The Dukes deserve it.

Finally - BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO the family of 4 that plopped down in the middle of section 106 during halftime not observing social distancing rules that the ticket office has instituted by spacing everybody in assigned seat blocks, and also BOOOOOOOOOOOOOO the lady who didn't wash her hands before halftime in the bathroom (according to my wife). Wash your hands after you potty, people! It'll be a while until we return to the Bank... still too many careless people out there for my comfort level. We thought we would give this one a chance, but we're still too close to people in the 8,500 seat arena.
