Great win. SJSU provided EMU with their first bowl win as well (I’m old and I watched it).

The color is excellent. The sound (hitting) is like being on the sidelines.

MAC fans aren't used to seeing such good telecasts. It is like a Christmas present for MAC fans.

One of the best parts of the telecast --- Brad and Rick focused nearly entirely on the game in front of them. They didn't diverge into other topics, as is often the case on ESPN MAC broadcasts.

Teams better be prepared when they play the MAC in these Bowl games. The past couple post seasons the MAC Conference has shown up!!

Kind of amazing that after a convoluted start to 2020 MAC FB it actually ended very well.

We had a near monopoly on midweek sports; had a very good MACC match up and very successful bowl season.

I wouldn't call Miami's three game season to be ideal, but yes for being the last conference to restart football we turned out pretty well.

Cant say I enjoyed the Broncos’ late season collapse. But we did land on SportsCenter twice. Once for the fake spike winning TD vs Toledo, and then that wacky Ball State ending that would’ve been the new Stanford-Cal finish if not for an illegal forward pass.

Glad to see us go 2-0 in the bowls. Kudos to the Bulls and Cards.

Both should be top 25 at end of season
2-0 with limited bowl games is awesome for the MAC, (but we all know that we would at least also be 3-0 in bowls if MU was allowed to be there too since we beat BSU!)

Couple thoughts:

1). Obviously, we only sent our 'best' teams to bowls,

2). The teams only played 7 games so they weren't worn down.

I'd think it was an (unintended) recipe for success.

BSU should get looks for preseason top 25 next year.

Somehow Ball State consistently has good QBs. They do a really good job of developing players at that position.

Plitt tweeted that he is coming back. I don’t know the rules on all of this because I think this would be his 6th year. I don’t if he RS and then got medical redshirt, I don’t know.

There is a Florida, dual threat QB coming that I’m excited about so I don’t how all of that will go down.

The rules are simple: 2020 does not count toward eligibility. If he was able to play in 2020, then he's eligible for 2021.

He may need to begin a doctoral degree, though...

Plitt reportedly is working on a two-year masters program. If so, he has another year to go.

Ball State is ranked No. 19 in the Bleacher Report top 25. Buffalo is No. 26.
