Looks like Football Scoop had it right the whole time. It will be interesting to see what he does

Here are a few tweets from Jeremy Reaves, a former Jag currently playing for the Washington Football Team:

The Sun Belt will now have 3 head coaches who took over as interim guys when the head coach they worked under moved on. All seem to be liked by players and recruit well. We'll see how they pan out.

You aren't the only one, three are a bunch of South faithful that are holding their collective breaths, hoping for a brighter future, but he seems to be the one South wanted. Next to Butch Jones, I am OK with Wommack as Jones more than likely had a much higher price tag. We shall see soon who he hires as he starts to build in his staff.

I’m excited. A young guy that that should bring a lot of energy to the program. Would be interested to see if he goes after Tee Martin for OC.

From what I read, it is going to be a race between ULM, stAte, and USA and nobody wants to lose to a competitor to get the best coach available. In the age of long contracts, massive buyouts, and risk of a crappy coach - I guess the AD with the least amount of ulcers wins.

Nah, this is the Sun Belt. South and AState get what they want and ULM loses again...
