SMU is a different team in August/September/October to November. In September, I firmly believe SMU beats TCU and many challenging P5 teams. Now, I firmly believe SMU struggles to beat UMass and UConn. The same thing has happened each of the last few seasons.

Great win ECU. I would say I did not know the team had it in them, but should have paid more attention to the Tulsa game.

For the first time since Ruff was fired, I think ECU is about to get its groove back. We finally have beef in the trenches and a head coach who knows how to win. Plus we are young, all but two of our DL yesterday were freshman. Our two best.backs are also true freshman..A strong ECU football team is good for the AAC. A packed Dowdy Ficklen stadium is great optics for tv.

Part of having an air raid offense. The teams always seems to drift away as the season goes along. ECU had its issues with that with Ruffin.
