Our conference mates are determined to screw us over. You all deserve to blow double digit leads to us and lose.

RE: Tulsa @ Houston cancelled.
Both Houston and Tulsa have been hard hit by cancellations with each school losing 4 games. UCF lost the North Carolina game and Cincinnati lost the Nebraska game. These cancellations have hurt not only the schools involved but the AAC conference striving for national attention.

Houston: Rice, @Washington State, North Texas, Tulsa (Correction from pesik. Houston also lost Baylor).
Tulsa: Toledo, @Arkansas State, Northwestern Louisiana State, Houston.

None of the 4 cancelled games for Tulsa originated with coronavirus in Tulsa. All four opponents cancelled Tulsa.

Here are the tiebreakers AND the Championship Game Participant Determination

http://theamerican.org/documents/2020/10...proved.pdf

"The two teams that complete the Conference season with the highest winning percentages will be the
participants in the Conference Championship Game." (underlined in the original)

However, the section on "Unbalanced Schedule" says: "In the event of an unbalanced schedule where there is a tie for the best, or second best, record in the loss column, head-to-head results will take precedence over winning percentage as long as the
required number of conference games were completed."

I didn't read far enough down originally.

okay so everyone is still mathematically (tulsa, smu, memphis, houston and navy)

5-2 = 6-2

The only good thing about this is Houston notified us on a Tuesday instead of a Thursday and Friday like Navy and Cincy did so maybe we can get a day or two extra to prepare for Navy.
It will likely still hurt us in the CFP rankings though.

There are also some rules around multi-team ties regarding who’s highest rated in the CFP polls or a slew of computer ratings systems (one of which isn’t even putting out ratings this season due to the nature of the schedules)

Typical Coog High

Cant behave, cant social distance, superspreader U.

What a terrible program. Im sure the stupid Mullet has been superspreading in the bars (I would say the bars near UH) but we all know no one wants to go out anywhere near UH.

They should be shamed forever for their superspreading.

Just wait until your regular season game with UC gets cancelled and UC gets to host the Conference Championship Game due to being ranked higher. 03-lmfao

Tulsa can now have no more than 1 loss before the playoff so they are automatically in and the Houston game is cancelled.

The only way you could play Houston would be for you to lose the last two games and for SMU to win their last two. Then you could play Houston on Dec. 19.

My bad. You are correct. If you win one of them you are in.

If Tulsa doesn't reach the CCG we will play on 12/19.
